How to design the thermal system is the key of high power led flood light.
The unique thermal system design of OAK LED Flood Lights depends on the following main aspects:
1. Adopting Cree COB chips from USA original, and the COB package of LEDs shortens the cooling channel, increases the cooling area and reduces the thermal resistance, thus improving the thermal performance of LEDs and extending the lifespan of LEDs.
2. Complying in the passive cooling principle, using high pure aluminum heat sink to make the special cooling channel design, transferring the heat quickly from different directions through air gaps.
3. Providing the customized lamp structural design to transfer the heat produced from the chips inside to the heat sinks directly, so ensuring that the LEDs working stably, extending the lifespan of LEDs and lowering the speed of light decay.
So this unique thermal system design can help our LED flood lights running in better environment and extending the lifespan over 100,000 hours.
